Welcome to ThriveLife! By accessing and using our website, branded Kajabi app, and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our Kajabi-based courses and memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ThriveLife provides online wellness and fitness programs, memberships, courses, and community support. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Digital courses and memberships hosted on Kajabi
  • Payments: Subscriptions & international card payments are processed via Kajabi Checkouts with PayPal. One-time local PH payments may be processed via WooCommerce with Xendit (e-wallets/bank). As a fallback for one-time purchases we may use Lemon Squeezy.
  • Community engagement through our Kajabi-branded app.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions & payment plans: processed via PayPal in Kajabi. You can manage billing details and cancellations through your PayPal account.
  • One-time purchases (local PH option): may be paid in PHP via Xendit (e-wallets/bank transfer) through our WooCommerce checkout.
     
  • Fallback one-time checkout: for some products we may use Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
  • Prices may display in different currencies. Your bank or card issuer may add cross-border or international processing fees; these are assessed by your bank, not by ThriveLife.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
  • Refunds are only available within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.
  • If a subscription is canceled, access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Cancel new Paypal subscriptions via your PayPal account or contact us for help; cancellation stops future renewals and access remains until the current billing period ends.
  • Local e-wallet/bank methods are not available for recurring subscriptions.

6. Use of Services & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Share account login details with others.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
  • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior within our community.

Failure to comply may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by ThriveLife are owned by ThriveLife and protected under copyright laws. You may not use our materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

8. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful and supportive of other members.
  • Do not post offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
  • ThriveLife reserves the right to remove users violating community rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ThriveLife provides fitness and wellness programs for informational purposes only.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation.
  • You should consult a medical professional before starting any program.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if a user violates these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
