1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for eligible products and services within the specified refund window.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe outlined below.
- Refunds are not provided for digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are available for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are issued after this period. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- Cancellations: Canceling a subscription does not result in an automatic refund. Access remains active until the billing cycle ends.
3. Courses & Programs
- One-Time Payment Courses: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed.
- CORE Formula & Other Premium Programs: Due to the nature of these structured programs, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the content has been completed/accessed.
- Challenges & Special Programs: No refunds are issued for time-sensitive challenges or limited-time promotions.
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction fees deducted by third-party payment processors (e.g., Checkout Joy, Stripe, Xendit) are non-refundable.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for customers who abuse our policies.
- If a technical issue prevented access to the content, we will work to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
